Through desktop sharing—which not only provides mutual mouse and keyboard control, but also whiteboard capability—our technicians are able to view, trouble-shoot and usually provide quick resolutions to all types of problems.
This is accomplished through an Internet or VPN connection. When your call comes in to our Support on Demand center and the determination is made that GoToAssist is the best approach for resolving your problem, you will be given log-on instructions.
